CK444 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CK444 and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all activity on the CK444 platform, including sports betting, casino games, slot games, fish shooting games and bingo. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with registration or use the platform.

CK444 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use CK444, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual and not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a CK444 employee.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended CK444 account.

CK444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), utility bill, or payment method confirmation. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be restricted or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is satisfied.

By registering, you confirm that all details provided — including your name, date of birth, email address and contact number — are genuine and belong to you. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one CK444 account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason, will be merged or closed. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated through a duplicate account may be voided.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• All activity that takes place on your account, whether carried out by you or by another person using your credentials.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying CK444 support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

CK444 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication requesting your login credentials, do not respond and report it to us immediately. Players who share account access, whether deliberately or negligently, accept that CK444 cannot be held responsible for losses or unauthorised transactions that result from that access.

4Deposits & Payments

CK444 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits processed instantly in most cases.
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfers directly from your Easypaisa account.
• Raast – instant bank-to-platform transfers via Pakistan's national payment system.
• Bank Transfer – standard interbank transfers; processing times may vary by bank.
• Debit/Credit Cards – card deposits subject to your bank's own processing times.
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile wallet services as listed in the cashier.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. CK444 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any such charges are outside CK444's control and are the player's responsibility.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to maintain payment integrity and prevent misuse of the platform.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must:

• Have a verified identity on file (CNIC or equivalent).
• Have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.
• Have no outstanding security review or account verification flags.
• Have a withdrawal amount that meets the minimum threshold shown in the cashier.

Processing times depend on the payment method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. CK444 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly, though during peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer.

CK444 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, supporting documentation may be requested before funds are released. This is a standard process and does not imply any wrongdoing on the player's part.

6Bonuses & Promotions

CK444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be staked before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are limited to one per player, one per household and one per device. Players suspected of creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses will have those accounts closed and bonuses voided.
• CK444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, including after a player has opted in, where there is evidence of misuse or where the offer contains an error.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to meet minimum deposit requirements for subsequent bonuses.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on CK444, including cricket, PSL markets, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports, are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds cannot be changed.
• CK444 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on individual markets or for individual accounts where necessary.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, abandoned or declared void, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport, which are available in the betting section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of CK444. Connection issues or delays on the player's side do not constitute grounds for voiding a bet.
• Palpable errors in odds — where a price is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — may be voided by CK444 regardless of the outcome of the event.

For casino games, slot games, fish shooting games and bingo, each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) where applicable, ensuring outcomes are fair and unpredictable. Return to player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are available in the game information panel.

CK444 does not accept liability for technical issues on the player's device, network interruptions or browser compatibility problems that affect game play. Where a confirmed platform-side technical error disrupts a game round, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned.

8Fair Play Policy

CK444 is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes — including in bonus systems — to gain funds not intended by the promotion or game mechanics.
• Arbitrage betting designed solely to lock in guaranteed profit across markets in a manner inconsistent with genuine sporting interest.
• Chip-dumping or deliberate loss of funds to transfer value to another account.
• Match-fixing or any form of involvement in the manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.

CK444 monitors account activity continuously. Where suspicious patterns are identified, we reserve the right to request additional documentation, delay withdrawals, void bets or close accounts. Our decisions on fair play matters are final.

9Account Suspension & Closure

CK444 may suspend or close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials.
• Fair play violations as outlined in Section 8.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requested by the player under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months may be flagged as dormant).

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may contact CK444 support at any time. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to a wagering requirement will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard processing checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is closed by CK444 due to a breach of these terms, any winnings generated through the breaching activity may be voided. Genuine deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned after a review period.

10Privacy & Data

CK444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

11Responsible Gaming

• Losses resulting from a player's own decision to place a bet or wager at any given time or price.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

Our total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13Changes to Terms

CK444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of CK444 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account and request the return of any eligible balance before the change takes effect.
